FEAT. is an artist-led climate innovations agency that mobilises the cultural and financial power of the entertainment industry to better our world. They are science-backed, results-oriented, and spearhead innovative approaches to solving the sustainability challenges of our time.
FEAT. have the backing of the ALMBC, AFA, Folk Alliance, and CMAA to assist with engaging the festival groups to share their liability premiums and claims for analysis in order to test a potential solution through an alternative insurance solution for our sector – specifically, the potential benefits of collective insurance models, such as a Mutual.
A Mutual is a not-for-profit, member-owned collective, designed to provide long-term premium stability, and industry-tailored insurance to serve the unique needs of an industry.
This initial phase of insurance analysis is focussed on festivals and festival suppliers to understand how a Mutual could benefit the festival sector, however the intention is to broaden this scope throughout the year to test the benefits of a sector-wide collective Arts and Entertainment Mutual.
