A casual catch up for the local music community lands this Saturday
Music Victoria is taking its regional meet up series to Geelong this weekend, and everyone working in or around the local scene is invited to come along. Part of a rolling program of grassroots gatherings that has already touched down in Bendigo and Shepparton, the Geelong meet up is a relaxed, no-pressure chance for the regional music community to connect, swap ideas and build relationships.
Set for Saturday 27 June from 11:00am to 12:30pm, the session is open to anyone with a stake in the scene. Whether you are an artist, venue operator, promoter, manager, crew member, industry worker or just a passionate music supporter, there is a seat at the table. Tea and coffee are on Music Victoria, so all you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to have a yarn.
