Push Funding for Victorian All Ages Events
The Push is providing a subsidy to live music venues, booking agents, artists, promoters and community organisations looking to stage all-ages music events across Victoria.
Recent research commissioned by The Push shows that despite an overwhelming majority of young Australians stating that live music is important to them, age remains a significant barrier a finding with significant implications for the development of future live music audiences.
The $5,000 funding can be used to cover costs associated with staging all-ages events in existing live music venues, including artist fees, production costs, marketing and promotion or venue hire fees.
